REVIEWS FOR Stallions's Heart Stallion's Heart was an excellent story that had a lot of twists and turns packed into a short number of pages. I like how each of the races was described, their special traits and magic are fascinating yet believable in this fantasy. The main characters immediately grabbed my attention! They were very likable and well developed. Shadow was endearing in the way he shouldered responsibility in difficult circumstances. I liked how his love of books and language was a guilty pleasure and how that drew him to Chantrea. Chantrea was independent but as a "lesser" royal in the Elf realm she had insecurities, and a secret, she kept hidden. Chantrea and Shadow were intensely sensual, both wild and tender. I loved how their relationship developed. The sexual heat was intense and had me reading a few of those encounters over again! Lena Austin has created a vibrant world of magical shape shifters in Unicorn Valley. ! I'm looking forward to enjoying more magical Unicorn Valley stories! Overall rating: 5 Hearts REVIEWS FOR Gryphon's Heart
Title: Unicorn Valley 1: Gryphon's Heart Lena Austin brings her usual spare and steamy prose to this unlikely love story, entrancing us completely even as we struggle to understand the physical forms of the lovers. I am happy to see that she plans to write two more books in this series about the males of Unicorn Valley. One will be about the unicorn himself, and one will be about the werewolf. Catherine H. REVIEWS FOR Black Widow
Title: Black Widow Ms. Austin has written a vivid, realistic erotic love story set in world of BDSM. Calder is completely clueless. Yet, he is intrigued and you feel that in every question he asks. With his reporter mindset, Ms. Austin lays out the foundations of the active BDSM scene. She dispels the image of pain and blood and brings sensation and passion to the surface. Kelly is brilliantly written with wit and a passion for her passion. You know from the beginning that her life has not been easy but you don’t really realize the duality of her character until the end. The book portrays a very good picture of a BDSM community with all of the nuances, problems, and giving that comes with it. The secondary characters are fantastic. They are not mere props holding up the dialog but are real people. Their feelings come out and their passion shines through. Ms. Austin writes inventive, vivid and blazing sex scenes. The romance and erotic writing in Black Widow is a treat for the reader. I feel this book is worthy of the Gold Star Award because it is an intriguing story with the fantastic characters and written with wit and heart by Ms. Austin. Julie Esparza
My mind and body were so intrigued and blazing with fire the entire ride. I was completely blown away by the insight into such a hush hush secret society. Lena Austin drew me in and made me want to beg for more. Her words brought such erotic and sexy scenes to mind that it was all I could do not to jump in the nearest shower and turn the ice-cold water on high. This book deserves more than the highest rating I can give, but since I must keep to the standards, I give it FIVE stars hands down. I look forward to reading more of Ms. Austin’s work. Amazing!! Title: Black Widow Lena Austin’s contemporary B/D romance is a highly seasoned portrait of a consensual reality with well-drawn characters. For the sake of his article, the neophyte hero gets plenty of realistic explanation behind the mechanics of how “things” work. But there are a lot of things to work out here beyond the mechanics of the scenes. How will things work out between Calder and Kelly, since the power exchange is based on trust and he didn’t confess his initial designs? Furthermore, is he a Dom or a sub, and how will his inclinations affect the very dominant Black Widow? This is a well-conceived B/D story that manages to be informative, hot and still have a plot for the reader to savor. It lives up to Loose Id’s! three lizard scorching rating. Maîtresse
REVIEWS FOR ROOM TO PLAY
Title: Room to Play Ms.
Austin has created a quick paced, extremely erotic story. Vikky
Bertling
What
sexual fantasy could be better than a ménage a trois? A fantasy
where one of the men is bisexual. Such is the premise for ROOM TO PLAY by
Lena Austin, a deeply erotic tale of one couple's foray into the
forbidden. Courtney Bowden
Room to Play is a short, easy read about finding self and sharing. Though only 48 pages, the characters are well defined and the scenes are creatively descriptive. Claudia and Andre have an 'open' marriage and Andre has no problems sharing her with Dante. What he isn't prepared for is sharing himself with bisexual Dante. Room to Play is good book to pick up for a quick, light read. Overall rating: 3 Hearts
